What is Xtra webmail ?
You must have a qualified Spark Home Broadband service to receive an Xtra webmail account. Email filters are a way of sorting emails and placing them in special folders. You can filter emails using the sender’s email address or subject and message content.
You can use webmail to access your Xtra mail. It works on your phone and computer and you don’t need to set anything. All you need to do is go to the xtramail nz and sign in using your email and password.
Xtra webmail login
You must have your username and password to login to Xtra webmail, then you will be able to sign in to Xtramail.
- First Open this webpage link spark.co.nz/xtramail.
- Enter your Username and Password in the field.
- And then you can tick the ‘Stay signed in’ option and select the ‘i am not robot’ option.

To set up your security questions
- Select security questions.
- Confirm your current password.
- Type in the answers to the security questions.
- Select confirm button.
- You set all three account recovery options and cannot be locked from your account.
Change XtraMail password
- You can change your password in Webmail.
- Select the menu icon and this looks like three lines stacked on top of each other. It’s in the upper right corner.
- Select My account from the drop-down menu.
- Go to the Password and security tab.
- Select Change password under Password.
- Enter your current password, a new password, and then re-enter your new password to confirm button.
- Select Update button.

- First go to your Android home screen and open the Email or Gmail app, this setup may vary depending on the model and version.
