How to log in Namecheap Private Email webmail?
If you have the correct DNS records set, you can access the OX Application Suite Webmail at privateemail.com or mail.yourdomain.tld. You must use your full private email address as a username and password to sign in.
In general, you can also log in from your Namecheap account webmail:
- Go to the Domain List menu on your left.
- And find the domain that has a private email subscription.
Click on carat to expand the list of affiliate services (make sure all products are selected in the upper right corner) and then click on Into Webmail. - Or you can expand the Related Products menu and click on Mail webmail next to Private Email Subscription.
- You will be taken to a private email login page.
- Here you enter your username and full email address as the password for your email account.
- If you want to be automatically logged in next time, you can also select the Keep me signed in option.
- If the Keep me signed in option is enabled, you will be automatically logged in within 1 week after closing the private email tab.
- And during this time there will be no need to enter details. If the option is disabled, the account will be opened for 1 hour with closed private email tab.
- After this time, you’ll need to enter your email address and password.
If the Private Email tab is open, you will be not logged out, regardless of the Keep me signed in option status (enabled or disabled).

There are two ways to change the password for your private email mailbox, you can change it via the Namecheap dashboard or using webmail.
Before moving on to the next step guide, make sure you’ve logged out your mail account in Web Mail and Mail Clients. And if you keep the session active, you will not be able to reset the password properly.
