When creating a password, the password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- No more than 14 characters
- A combination of alphabets and numbers
- At least one lowercase alphabet

Wrong Email Address and/or Password
Incorrect login email address and password is probably the top reason why no user can sign in to their email account.
