- Then, use the following settings to configure your email client.
- SMTP Outgoing mail server: outgoing.dcsi.net.au
- Outgoing server port: 587
- Outgoing server requires authentication: On
- SMTP username: Your full email address (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Authentication type: Password
Hosted Domain Email
- Incoming mail server (IMAP or POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
- Incoming server port: 110 for POP, 143 for IMAP
- SMTP Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing server port: 587 with TLS encryption
- Outgoing server requires authentication: On
- Username: Your full email address (email@example.com)
- Authentication type: Password
- Webmail: webmail.yourdomain.com
If you don’t have a TLS option for your outgoing server, please try port 465 with SSL. Most modern mail programs will have this available so it may be worthwhile updating if yours does not have it.
TLS is the preferred method for your email client to connect to mail server. It will not be possible to choose no encryption for outgoing as our mail server requires it.
If you get a certificate warning, allow your email program to continue. This is just a conflict your domain is not the same the shared security certificate for dcsi.net.au.

How to Setup Server’s IMAP and SMTP on Device ?
When using IMAP your device should be able to provide IMAP and SMTP information across your mail server and here are some ways to configure it. If you want to use them, you can take the following steps to find them in your email client:
Apple Mail (Mac desktop)
- Click Mail in your Mac’s toolbar, then select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
- In the left sidebar, select the account you want to connect to HubSpot.
- Select Account Information.
- Find the field for Incoming Mail Server. This value is your IMAP server name.
- Next, find the field for Outgoing Mail Server. You may need to use the dropdown menu.
- Select Edit SMTP server list to view the SMTP server name. You can also find your SMTP port here.
Outlook for Mac
- Click Outlook in your Mac’s toolbar.
- Select Preferences, then click Accounts.
- In the left sidebar, click on the account you want to connect to HubSpot.
- Find the fields for Incoming server and Outgoing server.
- The longer text box is the server name and the text box towards the right is the port.
- Use this information when setting up your connected inbox in HubSpot.
Outlook for PC

- Under IMAP, select Account.
